EU money and experts fighting Ebola Congo

brussels - To curb the outbreak of the Ebola virus in Congo, the European Commission is releasing 1.5 million euros. An airplane with experts and medical equipment and supplies is directed to the affected areas.

The money is intended for logistical support to the World Health Organization (WHO). More than one ton goes to the Congolese department of the International Red Cross to save lives. It is important to find out who infected people had contact with and to detect infected people as quickly as possible.
