Eight killed by floods Louisiana

- The number of deaths caused by the floods in the southern US state of Louisiana has risen to eight. That Governor John Bel Edwards announced Tuesday.

20. More than 000 people were taken from their flooded homes by emergency services, of whom over 8,000 are housed in shelters. 34. 000 homes were still without electricity Tuesday.
