Eiffel Tower closed

- The Eiffel Tower is closed Saturday. The famous attraction in Paris asks visitors to understand the measure. The closure follows the attacks Friday in Paris, which certainly cost the lives of 127 people. How long the Eiffel Tower will be closed is not known.

Shortly after the attacks were in memory of the victims of the lights on the Eiffel Tower, all out. That was the first time since opening in 1889.

Other tourist attractions in Paris are closed Saturday and possibly Sunday, including usually frequented museums such as the Louvre, Musée d' Orsay and the Petit Palais.
