- Airline EgyptAir has a French and an Italian company called in to help search for the black boxes from his phone last week crashed in the Mediterranean, as the Egyptian state television reported Wednesday.
The Airbus A320 was en route from Paris to Cairo with 66 passengers on board, including thirty Egyptians and fifteen French. The unit suddenly disappeared from the radar. It probably lies at a depth of 3000 meters.
Egypt put a few days ago a submarine to search for the black boxes. The boxes (actually bright orange) are waterproof and emit approximately thirty days a signal.
