- A new outbreak of Ebola has in the West African state of Guinea demanded a fifth dead. According to the health department which coordinates the fight against the virus in the west African country, it is a man.

He is the fifth victim since Ebola this month raised its head again in the village Korokpara, where four more people died from the virus. The man did not live in that village but had been visiting. He died elsewhere.

More than 800 people have been quarantined by the national coordination center for Ebola. They get 21 days of house arrest. If they have not received any symptoms of the virus after that time, they are allowed to leave their home.

Liberia, Ebola-free, has a precaution closed the border with Guinea.
