amsterdam - Romania's Friday night hit by an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 on the Richter scale, which barely has caused damage, but was felt in Ukraine in the east, and Bulgaria to the south.

The Minandao island was hit in the Philippines by an earthquake. Here was 6. 3 measured. Again, there was little damage.

The epicenter of the quake was in Romania on 88 kilometers to 95 kilometers deep and 150 kilometers north of the Romanian capital Bucharest. There are no reported casualties.
