Dozens of deaths by typhoon in Vietnam

The typhoon had wind speeds of up to 90 kilometers per hour, damaged more than 40,000 houses, wiped out electricity poles over and uprooted trees. According to the authorities in the communist country, 626 houses have collapsed and more than 30,000 people have been evacuated. There are 22 people missing.
