- At Russian air strikes on the rebel-controlled city of Idlib in northwestern Syria have come in the night of Monday to Tuesday at least 23 people dead, reports the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. The organization speaks of the heaviest bombardments since a partial cease-fire was agreed in February.
