Does porn actress Donald Trump cost the head?

amsterdam - America can prepare for a series of controversial interviews in which porn actress Stormy Daniels- also known under her real name Stephanie Clifford- opens a book about her bed adventures with the current president Donald Trump.

Daniel's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, tweeted yesterday he is going to even summon Trump to testify under oath in a lawsuit about 'what he [Trump] knew when he knew it and he did with that knowledge'.

Central to the whole affair is a sort of secrecy agreement that Cliffords concluded with Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen, about the months-long sexual relationship between Trump and Stormy Daniels. Cohen paid Cliffords- indirectly- the amount of $ 130,000, something that had been vigorously denied by both Cohen and Trump.

Yesterday Cohen finally broke with his former boss by closing a deal with the public prosecutor in exchange for punishment reduction. He told the court that he had paid Daniels, that Trump knew about it, and even that he had given permission. With which he accused Trump of opposing justice.

The purpose of the confidentiality agreement with Daniels was to make sure that no negative news about Trump would take place in the run-up to the elections. And that is also punishable because they have not reported this.

Now that Cohen has started to 'whistle', Avenatti sees his chance. He has a lawsuit with the aim that Stormy Daniels can come out under that confidentiality statement and tell about her adventures with Trump. The judge had postponed judgment in that case with a view to Cohen's 'plea deal'.

If Avenatti gets his way, both Stormy Daniels and Playboy-model Karen McDoughal will be offered a lot of money to get out of the school about Trumps sexual preferences. And there is the greatest danger for Donald Trump himself.

In more than two months there will be interim elections for Congress in the US. If the Republicans lose their current majority there, Trump can shake it in terms of meeting his election promises to the American people. Reason why Trump wiped his agenda over the next ten weeks and is about to do nothing but tour around the country to hold election meetings everywhere.

If these elections are dominated by Trump's sex scandals, he does not so much run the risk that his supporters turn away from him- the country is far too polarized for that- but that they are less bothered to go to the same as in 2016 ballot box.

His opponents, however, will be all the more motivated to vote. Then the rise again determines the course of his presidency.

The Republicans are now silently praying that Trump will not throw oil on the wrong election fire. In the past, Trump hinted that he would grant pardon to those who supported him.

That's what he called Paul Manafort- his former campaign manager who for millions of taxed and was sentenced yesterday- 'a great guy'. But if Trump grants Manafort pardon, he will immediately be accused of misuse of power to pursue his own political goals.

Yesterday Trump stopped remarkably at an election meeting. He did not say a word to his former confidant / traitor Cohen who once said 'wanting to catch a bullet for Trump'. And he also did not put a lot of words on the conviction of Manafort.

He was also remarkably silent about the special prosecutor Mueller who is investigating the possible cooperation between Team Trump and the Russians in the run-up to the last presidential elections. Trump invariably calls this research a 'witch-hunt', but that qualification is becoming less and less sustainable after yesterday.

Even though Mueller will soon prove that Trump has worked with the Russians, for a trial to the judge or an impeachment, the president does not have to fear. Friend and foe agree that a current president can not be put in a criminal case. And for a successful deposition procedure two-thirds majority in Congress is required, which will never be met.

The chance that Trump will be deposed or accused is nil, but whether he will be able to prepare much in the coming years in politics is the question. After all, Trump is better at making enemies than in making friends.
