Diplomat North Korea is about to south

seoul - A Britain-based North Korean diplomat has defected to South Korea. The South Korean government announced Wednesday that it is a high-ranking diplomat.

Tae Yong-ho worked at the North Korean Embassy in London, said the South Korean news agency Yonhap. He traveled with his family to South Korea.
