Denmark is introducing border controls

brussels - Denmark is introducing temporary border controls. The country has the European Commission Monday announced again to set controls, said a spokesman for the EU executive. The northern European country does this in connection with the flood of refugees.


         Sweden checks from Monday anyone from Denmark enters the country. Copenhagen fears that therefore many refugees do not travel to Sweden, but linger. Therefore it is self-control on the border with Germany and ferries arriving from Germany.
According to the Danish prime minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen will conduct its customs until January 14 samples. The Prime Minister says that it is necessary due to the Swedish border controls.
