Demonstrate Shiites

- In the center of The Hague demonstrates Saturday Shiite Community Netherlands. Over a hundred people have gathered in front of the embassy of Saudi Arabia to argue against the mass executions in Saudi Arabia earlier this week. The march is proceeding according Omroep West quietly.

The protesters are angry about the execution of a Saudi Shiite religious leader. He was suspected of terrorism in 2014 and received the death penalty. Saudi Arabia regularly carries out the death penalty, usually by beheading. In 2015, nearly 160 people were executed.
