'Democrats hacked via the Netherlands'

- The Russian cyber attack appears to have been exported via the Netherlands to the US Democratic Party.

This appears according to experts from a US survey, reports the Volkskrant. The hackers used include a Tor server Rejo Zenger privacy organization Bits of Freedom. Thus the anonymous perpetrators could go about their business.

'Unfortunately, it is not the intention to facilitate such hacks,' Zenger said to the newspaper. But he did not stop his server. Zenger says anonymous Internet is important against government spying.

In the list published by the US government are further 70 Dutch IP addresses. It concerns servers including Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
