Deaths by floods USA

- At least three people in the southeastern US were killed by heavy rains and flooding. At least five states have in recent days hit by floods.

Highways and streets in many areas flooded. In Texas, a man came to life because his kayak capsized in rough water. Two drivers in Oklahoma and Louisiana were killed because they were swept away by rising water in their vehicle. The governor of Louisiana, John Bel Edwards, the state of emergency proclaimed in the north of his state.
