Dead by roadblocked Calais

calais - Barricades on a Calais highway have caused a fatal accident. According to the French authorities, the driver of a Polish bus was killed when he bumped on one of three lorries who had to stop because of the logging of trunks.

The tribes were laid by migrants, according to local authorities on Tuesday. In one of the lorries, the French police later discovered nine asylum seekers who wanted to go to Britain. The port city of Calais has been the gathering place for migrants for years to make the crossing to Great Britain. According to local media, migrants have been blocking roads since the end of last month to force trucks to stop so they can climb on board.
