Dead by California fires

- Some three thousand firefighters in California are busy fighting wildfires north of Los Angeles. At one of the fires was a driver of a bulldozer killed when the vehicle overturned.
The main fire raging in the natural park Angeles National Park. The fire has already destroyed eighteen houses and smoke can be seen for miles around. The area is particularly dry.
