Croatia 'blocked' Serbia in EU

- Croatia has surprisingly blocked accession negotiations between the EU and Serbia. Belgrade thus raises new tensions between the two Balkan countries.
Serbia is negotiating since 2014 with Brussels on joining the union. Friday had talks about 'justice and fundamental rights 'and' freedom and security 'should start, but Croatia blocked which justice.
