the hague - The International Criminal Court (ICC) also deals with the issue of the Rohingya from Myanmar. This has determined magistrates of the international court. This allows research into the alleged persecution and deportation to Bangladesh of the Islamic Rohingya.

The decision of the judges actually deviates from the basic principles of the ICC. They argue that only crimes can be prosecuted in countries that are members of the ICC. Myanmar is not. But neighboring Bangladesh is, according to the judges, and part of the reported crimes against the Rohingya is on the territory of Bangladesh.
