cape town - Mastercard has developed a credit card in which a fingerprint scanner has been processed. Consumers can confirm their identity if they want to pay somewhere, just like some smartphones do.
Mastercard has recently tested the new technology at a supermarket chain in South Africa. The test will be extended to Europe and Asia in the coming months.
