The Mi-8 helicopter collapsed at Spitsbergen on the 26th of October. On board were eight Russians, including three scientists. The wreck was at a depth of two hundred meters on the ocean floor. A body was stored on Tuesday. The Norwegian police continue the search for the missing people.

The helicopter was on its way from the former Pyramid village village on Spitsbergen to Russian Barentsburg in the south. Possibly the heavy weather conditions played a part in the crash.
