riverside - An American couple is accused of drug trafficking, carried out in a very innovative way. Benjamin Baldassarre and Ashley Carroll would have transported drugs and sold by drone.
Customers could peer into the air in a parking lot, and as soon as a drone with a drug packet came down, they picked up the drugs.
By convention, they would then drive past Baldassarre and Carroll's house to pay a fee in cash on the driveway, according to Associated Press.
The couple is further suspected of endangering a child. The 9-year-old daughter of Baldassarre, who has another mother, lived with her father in a house where all kinds of drugs were stored. The child has been transferred to her mother.
