Troy Gentry, singer of the country duo Montgomery Gentry, died in a tragic accident with a helicopter in New Jersey on Friday at the age of fifty. It is still unknown whether his fellow mate, Eddie Montgomery, was also on board.

The tragic news has been brought out via the Twitter account of the duo. Troy Gentry leaves his wife and two children behind.
