norristown - Bill Cosby will not be told until Tuesday how long he has to go to jail. The 81-year-old American comedian was convicted in three respects of sexual abuse of Andrea Constand, a former employee of Temple University, in 2004. He would have drugged her first in his home.
The fallen star from the comedy series The Cosby Show has been accused by a whole series of women of cross-border behavior. Most cases, however, are barred.
According to the legislation in Pennsylvania, the elderly actor could be described as a 'sexually violent predator'. A psychologist appointed by the state quarreled Monday in court with Cosby's lawyers, who could receive a jail sentence of thirty years in total. According to the American media, public prosecutors aim at five to ten years. The defense asked house arrest.
