World August 6, 2017 11:15

manila - There is a code of conduct for the South China Sea. The countries concerned are going to negotiate an agreement this year, which everyone should hold once it's closed. That said the Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi during a meeting with his colleagues in Manila.

According to Wang, 'real concrete progress' has been made between the ten members of ASEAN, the Association of Asian-East Asian Countries, and China to help resolve disputes about the busy world. All parties must cherish this favorable moment.

ASEAN and CHINA have agreed on a framework for drawing up the rules. Wang said that the attitude of nations with claims in the area, which is of major geopolitical importance, is very different from previous years, a bit more relaxed and conducive to stability.
