'Clinton already assured nomination '

- Hillary Clinton has enough delegates managed to get behind to win the presidential nomination of the Democratic Party. NBC News reports based on a count of the number of so-called super delegates which has voted for Clinton.

15 percent of all delegates is of a super delegates that are not tied to a state. By the votes of counting the super delegates Clinton has more than the required 2383 delegates behind him for the presidential nomination.

According to the census of NBC Clinton has 1812 delegates and 572 superdelegates behind. Her rival Bernie Sanders has 1520 delegates and 46 superdelegates.
