- Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on Friday (local time) a climate skeptic appointed energy advisor.

Kevin Cramer, Republican delegate from North Dakota, is one of America's greatest climate skeptics and is a staunch advocate of the national oil and gas industry. His home state plays an important role in the production of gas and oil from shale, the so-called fracking.

Cramer will at the request of Trump write a report describing the dangers are more stressed from American sources of foreign ownership, over-regulation and high taxes. Until now, the New York billionaire has spoken only superficially about his energy agenda, although he recently told his supporters in West Virginia that the coal industry will revive under his presidency.

He also called global warming a concept,, invented by and for the Chinese people '' to damage the US economy. On May 26 Trump will elaborate on his ideas about energy at a summit in North Dakota, Cramer reported.

Environmental groups and the camp of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton criticized Trump for the appointment. The spearheads of Clinton's energy policies are opposite to those of Trump: she wants to use the US clean energy for fifty percent by 2030. She is also planning to heavily regulate fracking and end the coal industry.
