'Chriet movies are classics'

threebergen - The death of scientist and the astronomer Chriet Titulaer is the reason for many Dutch and foreigners to give way to the life of the distinctive television personality. On Twitter, many personal memories of the 73-year-old died Titulaer.

The presenter of the scientific program TROS Wondere World is often described as 'youth hero' and source of inspiration. Titulaer also attracted interest in everything that has to do with technology. His videos, many of which are seen on Youtube, are described as 'classics' of 'Dutch Steve Jobs'.

He began his television career as a presenter and commentator of historical events such as the Moon Landing in 1969 and the launch of the Spaceshuttle Columbia in 1981.

In the nineties he sold his media production company because his health deteriorated. Titulaer has been living in a private care center in Driebergen in recent years.
