China sends envoy to North Korea

peking - China sends a high-ranking diplomat to North Korea, as a special envoy of Chinese president Xi Jinping. The diplomat will exchange views with North Korea on matters between the two countries and other parties, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.
