Child (6) hours on balcony in freezing temperatures

brussels - A six year old Belgian boy is in critical condition in hospital after he was locked up 15 hours long on a cold balcony by his mother and stepfather. The two were arrested.

His twin sister shows according to Belgian media signs of abuse. It is also included in the hospital. The two children were severely malnourished.

The boy had claimed HLN from 05. 00 am to 20. 00 o'clock at night standing on the balcony in the freezing cold. That was his punishment because he had taken food in the kitchen. Only when he lost consciousness, he was brought back inside.

The mother and stepfather are suspected of abuse and torture. The children are placed under the supervision of the juvenile court.

The children's stepfather partially disclose the abuse, but shows little remorse. 'It is true that Jesus wants,' he said according to HLN. The mother denies everything.
