Chiefs New York caught for corruption

- Three top officials of police of the city of New York arrested Monday and accused of corruption. Among the accused police officers was a deputy commander, Michael Harrington, reported The New York Times.

The arrests are not such high police officers arrested according to the Times, an embarrassment for the largest municipal police force in the US and in a long time. It is Monday in the Brooklyn district also held a businessman involved.

The arrests are the result of an investigation into possible irregularities in the election campaign of Mayor Bill de Blasio. Democrat De Blasio has become the beginning of 2014 the mayor of the city.
