Chad sends troops to Niger
- Chad sends 2,000 troops to neighboring Niger to participate in a counter attack on Boko Haram. The terrorist movement from Nigeria took last weekend in the town of Bosso. Some 50,000 people will be displaced.
According to sources in the Chadian army soldiers arrive Tuesday at the place of destination. The conquest of Bosso by Boko Haram took Saturday to thirty military life.
Chad is one of the neighboring countries of Nigeria, which helps to combat the terrorist movement. Niger and Cameroon also are part of the coalition. Boko Haram has its roots in the state of Borno in northeastern Nigeria. Thousands of people have lost their lives through violence.
