pretoria - On appeal, the South African handicapped athlete Oscar Pistorius was sentenced by the Supreme Court Friday to thirteen years and five months in prison for the murder in 2013 of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. He had previously been sentenced to six years in prison.
