madrid - Catalans get out of protest massive money on Spanish banks on Friday. They are therefore calling for Catalan movements that seek independence.
At the banks, rows with separatists were seen.
Meanwhile, Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy spoke in Madrid with the leader of the socialist party PSOE. They agreed that new elections should be held in Catalonia in January. The ballot would be a logical consequence of the withdrawal of the Catalan self-government pursuant to Article 155 of the Constitution. The Spanish Ministerial Council meets on Saturday morning.
The elections must lead to the restoration of constitutional order and ultimately lead to new self-government.
