Car drives in on crowd Germany: 9 injured

recklinghausen - A motorist hit a group of people at a bus stop in Recklinghausen (North Rhine-Westphalia). Nine people were injured, police say.

Nothing is known yet about the cause of the collision. 'We examine the background and can not exclude anything yet', says a police spokesperson.

According to the police, the victims were waiting at the bus stop when the car hit the road. Six wounded had to be transferred to hospitals for further treatment. The driver also sustained injuries.
