new york - The American authorities have arrested two brothers who are suspected of attempting to assemble a bomb. The case came to light because one of the men brought a computer back to a school in New York where he had resigned as a lecturer. His former colleagues discovered information about making explosives on the PC.

The authorities found supplies to make explosives in an incursion into the men's apartment in The Bronx. Detectives also discovered according to court documents that at least two students from the school had been hired to dismantle fireworks for the brothers. The pupils were paid about 50 dollars (about 40 euros) per hour for that.

It is still unclear what the men were planning. Researchers found a note in the apartment with the inscription 'Under the full moon the little ones will know fear. 'The 27-year-old brothers have now been brought in Manhattan. They said they were innocent.
