phoenix - In the helicopter that crashed in the Grand Canyon in the US state of Arizona on Saturday, six Britons were seated. Three of them died in the crash and the other three were seriously injured, the BBC reports on the basis of the American police.

A fourth injured person, presumably the pilot, was admitted to hospital in a critical condition. The British tourists made a flight over the Grand Canyon, when the helicopter crashed due to unknown cause. The inhospitable terrain then made the rescue operation difficult at night.
