'British pilot shot dead by poachers'

london - Poachers have killed a British helicopter pilot in Tanzania. That happened when the victim with his unit on a dead elephant flew, left a colleague of the man know the BBC.

The Briton Roger Gower was in the East African country actively for The Friedkin Conservation Fund. He especially flew people back and forth between different camps within a nature reserve, but also brought his helicopter patrols. They were him fatal.

The pilot was taken, according to his employer under fire when he discovered the carcasses of three elephants were slain by poachers. Gower helicopter could still put on the ground, but reportedly died before he could be rescued.
