london - British courts have decided that four Syrians staying in the tent camp at the French Calais, should be admitted to Britain, although they have requested asylum in France. It involves three underage boys and adult men, now reunited with their families in Britain.

British refugee organizations speak of a groundbreaking decision. The boys and the man sat since October in the refugee camp and were severely traumatized by their experiences.

They had asked the British authorities to the asylum question that they take over had done in France so that she could stay in that country. The British Home Office refused that because of the so-called Dublin rules. Who say that immigrants in the country where they are registered as a first, must be absorbed. The lawyers of the Syrians argued successfully that 'Dublin' does not work and got the two special immigration judges behind.

The four are now allowed to join their families in Britain await the decision on their asylum application.
