Brazil reads alarm about small baby head

- Brazil is deeply concerned about the sharp increase in cases of babies who are born too small skull. The so-called microcephaly the brains can not develop well, so the children often have learning disabilities.

In newborns in the state of Pernambuco were born this year 141 children with microcephaly, while the number in previous years was stabbing at about ten, reported the Ministry of Health. Also in the neighboring states of ParaĆ­ba and Rio Grande do Norte has been a rising number of cases.
