World March 28, 2017 13:00

sydney - Scientists in a remote northwestern part of Australia may have found the largest paw imprint in the world of a dinosaur. The printing has a length of 1.7 meters.

The print of a large herbivorous dinosaur is part of the 21 traces that have been found on the Dampier Peninsula. 'They are larger than any previously measured print all around the world,' said Steve Salibury of the joint investigation team from the University of Queensland and James Cook University Tuesday.

The spores are estimated at 127 to 144 million years old. Older than previous discoveries in Australia. So far was the largest encountered footprint of a herbivorous dinosaur 1.2 meters long. Which was found in Germany in 2015.
