chicago - United Airlines is investigating the death of a big rabbit who died after a flight from London to Chicago. The 90 centimeter long rabbit, named Simon, was found dead in the airplane on arrival at Chicago Airport. United had already been negative in the news last week after a passenger was dragged out of a crowded plane.
According to British media, the giant rabbit would be delivered to a new famous owner. In a statement to the BBC, United says to regret the incident. 'The safety and welfare of the animals flying with us is of great importance to United Airlines and our PetSafe team. '
