Bhumibol brought home

bangkok - The body of the deceased King of Thailand Bhumibol Friday from the hospital in Bangkok transferred to the Royal Palace. The body was driven in a motorcade through the streets of the Thai capital.

Crown Prince Vajiralongkorn and a number of monks took part in the procession. Along the route, thousands stood weeping Thai.

The king is in the Wat Phra Kaew temple be embalmed at the Royal Palace. When the subsequent cremation will take place is not yet known. It is quite possible that some could take months.
