Belgian minister proud of Bema

brussels - The Belgian Minister of Finance Johan Van Overtveldt is 'proud' of the proposed takeover of the Hema by the Brussels investment company Core Equity Holdings.

That writes the Belgian business newspaper De Tijd.

'It is part of our strategy to develop Belgium and Brussels as a financial center for private equity funds that view the European market,' the business newspaper notes on behalf of the minister.
