Belgian baby panda is called treasure of heaven

- The giant panda born in Wallonia in June will be called Tian Bao, Chinese for treasure of heaven. The animal was so far through life as Baby P. Traditionally get giant pandas only after a hundred days a name because they are considered viable.

The management of the Walloon Pairi Daiza animal park near the Wallonia Mons (Mons) called Thursday announced on the day of the Moon Festival. The name was chosen from a list of five, which visitors and panda fans were allowed to vote.

Worldwide, only thirty pandas born in captivity annually. The cute Sino-Belgian is young, thanks to regular broadcast video very popular. Tian Bao's parents, Hao Hao and Xing Hui, was in 2014 by the Chinese government loaned to the zoo for a period of 15 years.
