- In the center of Paris is Thursday launched a major demonstration against the new labor law. The protest march from the Place de la Bastille is led by the head of the CGT vakfederatie Philippe Martinez. He demanded that President Francois Hollande receives him.

The CGT is the driving force behind numerous blockades, strikes and demonstrations against the amendment to the labor law. Which undermines the CGT claimed the rights of the employee. Hollande and French Prime Minister Manuel Valls stressed Thursday that they do not want to change more the principle of legal instructions. In their view, the law should be more flexible in order to strengthen the French economy and make it less risky for employers to hire people.
