The wife of former president George H. W. Bush was reportedly cared for at her home in Houston and did not want to return to the hospital.
Barbara Bush is also the mother of a former president. Her son George W. Bush was in the White House from 2001 to 2009. Spouse George H. W. Bush was in power from 1989 to 1993.
