Ban Ki-moon: accept jurisdiction court

- UN chief Ban Ki-moon on Wednesday all states that do not accept the jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) called upon to do so. Minister Bert Koenders (Foreign Affairs) endorsed the call by the UN chief.
