Archaeologists find Byzantine church in Gaza

gaza - When construction in the Palestinian territories have found the remains of what was an old Byzantine church, according to archeologists. The church in Gaza would be approximately 1,500 years old, said the Palestinian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities Monday.

The find will include Corinthian marble columns with elaborate details and a stone with the Greek symbol for Christ. The excavations are not finished yet.
