Appeal against Van der Graaf

- While Volkert van der Graaf enjoy untroubled by the spring, he clearly knows not what hangs him from the side of justice overhead.

The prosecution drag the murderer of Fortuyn back to court. Since Van der Graaf last month won a lawsuit against justice and no longer need a psychiatrist to deal with, he seems to abandon all restraint, and he is featured regularly in various towns and villages.

The prosecution, however, focuses not down, yesterday confirmed to this newspaper. The appeals against the verdict of the judge that he was exempt from the guidance by a psychologist during his conditional release.
