Anti-IS group claims DDoS attack on BBC

london - A group of hackers said Saturday the DDoS attack earlier this week on the websites of the BBC claimed. The attack was intended as a test of our skills, the group has reported on a technology editor of the BBC. It would not have been the intention to lay BBC sites for hours flat.

The hacker group said they are committed to combating terrorist group Islamic State.

In a DDoS attack, a server bombarded with so much traffic that it becomes overloaded.
